On June 3rd, I will be celebrating 17 years here in Boca Raton and 17 wonderful years with COUSINS AIR. You should know that you have NEVER disappointed me and I surely appreciate the excellent services you consistently provide. I love the fact that you remind me to renew my yearly maintenance policy with a simple email.. BUT, I must tell you the truth is that Chris, my wonderful tech that takes care of my home, he will have the opportunity to renew upon his next scheduled (every 3 months)maintenance and I will pay him in full. I appreciate your reminder. My way gives CHRIS and I the opportunity to talk for a moment and he reassures me that everything is looking good and functioning just perfectly. Thank you ALL again. I also want to remember that nice girl on the phone who calls me or who takes my return calls, she is so sweet and kind, She recognizes my voice already. We have had a couple of issues with the AC system, and as summer weather has kicked in a few problems were exposed. Your service people were here most of the day today, adding a return and redirecting a couple of the ducts to correct the situation, and so far so good! They will be back to install one return grill and hopefully we should be done. I spent a good part of my life in the service business so I know all too well that customers are quick to complain, and much less quick to compliment. My experience with Kyle was extremely positive. Because of an AC problem, my home was 82 degrees at 10:00 at night. Kyle returned my call and calmly listened and coached me through my issues and tried to gain information first by phone to solve my problem.
