You should know that you have NEVER disappointed me and I surely appreciate the excellent services you consistently provide. I love the fact that you remind me to renew my yearly maintenance policy with a simple email.. BUT, I must tell you the truth is that Chris, my wonderful tech that takes care of my home, he will have the opportunity to renew upon his next scheduled (every 3 months)maintenance and I will pay him in full. I appreciate your reminder. My way gives CHRIS and I the opportunity to talk for a moment and he reassures me that everything is looking good and functioning just perfectly. Thank you ALL again. I also want to remember that nice girl on the phone who calls me or who takes my return calls, she is so sweet and kind, She recognizes my voice already. “It is so important to know that we have an A/C company that we can trust to be there when we need help”

Our house sitter reports that your technician went above and beyond the normal maintenance. On a very hot day, he spent time to hose down the compressor to make sure it was clean after his service. He also suggested a surge protection be added to our system. We will be following up with that this week. Being a snowbird, it is so important to know that we have an A/C company that we can trust to be there when we need help.

Cousins Air was a lifesaver for me and my tenant. They came out immediately to assess the situation and determine the problem with the A/C. They came out the next day and replaced it. All in the aftermath of the hurricane that hit Florida just a week or so before. I couldn't believe the professionalism and kindness of all I spoke to, especially Dave who supervised the installation. I can't thank you all enough. I would recommend Cousins Air to everyone I know.
