Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! Cousins Air was a lifesaver for me and my tenant. They came out immediately to assess the situation and determine the problem with the A/C. They came out the next day and replaced it. All in the aftermath of the hurricane that hit Florida just a week or so before. I couldn't believe the professionalism and kindness of all I spoke to, especially Dave who supervised the installation. I can't thank you all enough. I would recommend Cousins Air to everyone I know. “Choose Cousins Everytime!”

I highly recommend Cousins for any and all of your A/C needs. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. The sales manager Jason Ross got back to me right away to discuss my options. I moved forward with a replacement unit and he got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Casey and Jay were incredible. Very kind and professional. They went above and beyond. After the job was finished they told me they replaced the supply and return plenums even though it wasn’t part of the job and at no extra cost. Any other company would have just hooked up the old duct work. They really show pride in their workmanship and do what is best for the customer. Truly appreciated!! Thanks guys!
