Routine maintenance done and now I feel confident and secure that my A/C will run all summer long in the south Florida heat, this is very important. Will renew my annual maintenance contract! Had new AC installed and could not be happier! Professional, on time, and CLEAN! At a decent price too for Carrier. Only place to call, Cousins Air. I can really depend on Cousin's Air, I have maintenance contract but when my A/C suddenly stopped working, they were at my place within hours. The float valve they installed worked, because the drip line was clogged it did not overflow. Highly recommend Cousin's.

On June 3rd, I will be celebrating 17 years here in Boca Raton and 17 wonderful years with COUSINS AIR. You should know that you have NEVER disappointed me and I surely appreciate the excellent services you consistently provide. I love the fact that you remind me to renew my yearly maintenance policy with a simple email.. BUT, I must tell you the truth is that Chris, my wonderful tech that takes care of my home, he will have the opportunity to renew upon his next scheduled (every 3 months)maintenance and I will pay him in full. I appreciate your reminder. My way gives CHRIS and I the opportunity to talk for a moment and he reassures me that everything is looking good and functioning just perfectly. Thank you ALL again. I also want to remember that nice girl on the phone who calls me or who takes my return calls, she is so sweet and kind, She recognizes my voice already. “Choose Cousins Everytime!”

I highly recommend Cousins for any and all of your A/C needs. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. The sales manager Jason Ross got back to me right away to discuss my options. I moved forward with a replacement unit and he got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Casey and Jay were incredible. Very kind and professional. They went above and beyond. After the job was finished they told me they replaced the supply and return plenums even though it wasn’t part of the job and at no extra cost. Any other company would have just hooked up the old duct work. They really show pride in their workmanship and do what is best for the customer. Truly appreciated!! Thanks guys!
