Josh took the time to explain areas of concern in the AC system and did an amazing job. Cousins was on time for service, clean and even wore shoe covers in the house which was a nice surprise as we have little kids that basically live on the floor. Would recommend.

“It is so important to know that we have an A/C company that we can trust to be there when we need help”

Our house sitter reports that your technician went above and beyond the normal maintenance. On a very hot day, he spent time to hose down the compressor to make sure it was clean after his service. He also suggested a surge protection be added to our system. We will be following up with that this week. Being a snowbird, it is so important to know that we have an A/C company that we can trust to be there when we need help.

“Could not ask for a better company for my air conditioning needs”

WOW!!! Could not ask for a better company for my air conditioning needs. Due to a faulty installation by another company, my relatively new Lennox unit died on Friday. Cousins sent out Adair to diagnose the problem on Friday and on Monday he was back with part to fix my problem. Cousins and Adair were responsive and extremely competent!
