I would like to give Jethro 20 stars. Nothing pleases me more than a professional who knows what they are doing and doing a great job. He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides.

Reade was prompt in arriving. Found the issue within minutes, a wire was off its terminal from a previous repair from another company, Connected the wire and checked the rest of the system. He saved me hundreds of dollars that the another company had quoted for the repair. I will use no other company in the future.
