AMAZING! We just had our air conditioner unit installed with Cousins and I can honestly say that the service we received was incredible. Jimmy was able to give us an honest quote and not "up-sell" us what we did not need, but rather what would be the most reliable and best unit for our home. Mike came to our residence to repair our AC and he was so friendly, pleasant, professional, and competent. He was so kind and patient with our two kids that wanted to watch him work and asked him all kinds of questions.
