My experience with Kyle was extremely positive. Because of an AC problem, my home was 82 degrees at 10:00 at night. Kyle returned my call and calmly listened and coached me through my issues and tried to gain information first by phone to solve my problem. Routine maintenance done and now I feel confident and secure that my A/C will run all summer long in the south Florida heat, this is very important. Will renew my annual maintenance contract! Had new AC installed and could not be happier! Professional, on time, and CLEAN! At a decent price too for Carrier. Only place to call, Cousins Air. I can really depend on Cousin's Air, I have maintenance contract but when my A/C suddenly stopped working, they were at my place within hours. The float valve they installed worked, because the drip line was clogged it did not overflow. Highly recommend Cousin's.

AMAZING! We just had our air conditioner unit installed with Cousins and I can honestly say that the service we received was incredible. Jimmy was able to give us an honest quote and not "up-sell" us what we did not need, but rather what would be the most reliable and best unit for our home. Our installation was seamless and the technicians were so polite and professional. We had Jean, Lorenzo and Andrew and they did a wonderful job. from start to finish! I cannot recommend this company enough and I am so happy with their services!
