I highly recommend Cousins for any and all of your A/C needs. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. The sales manager Jason Ross got back to me right away to discuss my options. I moved forward with a replacement unit and he got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Casey and Jay were incredible. Very kind and professional. They went above and beyond. After the job was finished they told me they replaced the supply and return plenums even though it wasn’t part of the job and at no extra cost. Any other company would have just hooked up the old duct work. They really show pride in their workmanship and do what is best for the customer. Truly appreciated!! Thanks guys!

Cousins installed a 4 ton Lennox system in my sons home yesterday. He had lost his air conditioning in a home he had recently purchased. On Thursday they sent a young man over to check out his system and suggest options on brands and cost. On Saturday of the 4th of July weekend they sent over a team and installed the new system. The installations was outstanding. Every one we dealt with at Cousins were excellent. My son and his family are now once again cool and comfortable and can sleep again in their home. I have had my new air conditioning unit for almost a year now. I have been meaning to write this review for a while now but I’ve been like everyone else very busy. I finally decided to give credit where credit is due. About a year ago I was looking for a new AC and spoke to four different companies because I really wanted to make sure I did it right this time (my last air conditioning unit just would not get the place cool enough and one room, in particular, was not cool.) I decided to go with Cousins Air because they made a lot of sense. They came out to my house, evaluated everything and then told me exactly what I needed to do. They explained the concept of intake and supply. They seem to have a passion for what they were doing and they told me this is what I would do in my home and sincerely meant it. They truly wanted to please me and address all of my concerns. Well, I truly want to thank you guys because here we are almost a year later and I am still excited about this Carrier two speed AC unit. That was a great recommendation, this thing is like a Learjet, it’s so quiet and smooth! I am not even sure that it’s on sometimes, it seems to regulate the temperature very well. I don’t go through this I’m hot I’m cold I’m hot I’m cold anymore. It also seems to cut back on the humidity and therefore I can keep it at a little higher temperature and still feel cool. And what’s really amazing my AC bill went down on average about $180 a month. So if you calculate it that’s $2,160 per year times 4 years (which this unit will last a lot longer than that) equals $8,640. So really when you think about it it’s like I got a new system for free with the extra duct work and an infinity air purifier, and I’m saving money after the fourth year on. I also love the infinity air purifier I think every home should have one, the air in here is so clean and this is what we breathe most of the time, it is so well worth the investment! So thank you Cousins Air for a job very well done! And a special thanks to Jim who has a great passion for the business and really knows what he’s doing!

Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. Our house sitter reports that your technician went above and beyond the normal maintenance. On a very hot day, he spent time to hose down the compressor to make sure it was clean after his service. He also suggested a surge protection be added to our system. We will be following up with that this week. I would like to give Jethro 20 stars. Nothing pleases me more than a professional who knows what they are doing and doing a great job. He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides.

WOW!!! Could not ask for a better company for my air conditioning needs. Due to a faulty installation by another company, my relatively new Lennox unit died on Friday. Cousins sent out Adair to diagnose the problem on Friday and on Monday he was back with part to fix my problem. Cousins and Adair were responsive and extremely competent!
