Jimmy was able to give us an honest quote and not "up-sell" us what we did not need, but rather what would be the most reliable and best unit for our home. Our installation was seamless and the technicians were so polite and professional. We had Jean, Lorenzo and Andrew and they did a wonderful job. from start to finish!
