We have had a couple of issues with the AC system, and as summer weather has kicked in a few problems were exposed. Your service people were here most of the day today, adding a return and redirecting a couple of the ducts to correct the situation, and so far so good! They will be back to install one return grill and hopefully we should be done. I spent a good part of my life in the service business so I know all too well that customers are quick to complain, and much less quick to compliment. On June 3rd, I will be celebrating 17 years here in Boca Raton and 17 wonderful years with COUSINS AIR. You should know that you have NEVER disappointed me and I surely appreciate the excellent services you consistently provide. I love the fact that you remind me to renew my yearly maintenance policy with a simple email.. BUT, I must tell you the truth is that Chris, my wonderful tech that takes care of my home, he will have the opportunity to renew upon his next scheduled (every 3 months)maintenance and I will pay him in full. I appreciate your reminder. My way gives CHRIS and I the opportunity to talk for a moment and he reassures me that everything is looking good and functioning just perfectly. Thank you ALL again. I also want to remember that nice girl on the phone who calls me or who takes my return calls, she is so sweet and kind, She recognizes my voice already.
