I am very happy with the work performed by Andrew from Cousin's Air. He knew how to clean the ducts and replaced the filters because the construction performed in the home had made the flow of air impossible. He was clean and the team left our home in the same condition as when they arrived, CLEAN.

We have had a couple of issues with the AC system, and as summer weather has kicked in a few problems were exposed. Your service people were here most of the day today, adding a return and redirecting a couple of the ducts to correct the situation, and so far so good! They will be back to install one return grill and hopefully we should be done. I spent a good part of my life in the service business so I know all too well that customers are quick to complain, and much less quick to compliment. I just want you to know how happy I am with Cousins' responsiveness, and in particular with how quick and concerned Steve Jeziorwoski and his crew have been in getting things corrected.
