Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! I want to shout out to Cousins Air for their quick response time and for sending such a qualified tech!

I can proudly say that I have been with COUSINS AIR for over 23 years, and you ALL have never failed me. This fine gentleman, Raul Gomez, installed a new air conditioner unit in my son’s house. He did an outstanding job and in a short period of time. The new system was a work of magnificence in its results. Raul was kind and very respectful and even vacuumed the entire floor area where he worked, WOW.. He explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and was most polite in answering our questions. The house cooled down to pure comfort in a very short time, and it seems like it is running smoothly. I trust COUSINS AIR, and so should you. They have never disappointed me.
