On June 3rd, I will be celebrating 17 years here in Boca Raton and 17 wonderful years with COUSINS AIR. You should know that you have NEVER disappointed me and I surely appreciate the excellent services you consistently provide. I love the fact that you remind me to renew my yearly maintenance policy with a simple email.. BUT, I must tell you the truth is that Chris, my wonderful tech that takes care of my home, he will have the opportunity to renew upon his next scheduled (every 3 months)maintenance and I will pay him in full. I appreciate your reminder. My way gives CHRIS and I the opportunity to talk for a moment and he reassures me that everything is looking good and functioning just perfectly. Thank you ALL again. I also want to remember that nice girl on the phone who calls me or who takes my return calls, she is so sweet and kind, She recognizes my voice already. My husband and I had a new A/C installed by Cousin's Air on 7/18/19. Al, was one of 4 techs who did the installation. He is a hard worker and was instrumental at getting our unit up and running without any glitches. Thanks Al for all your help! All 4 guys did a super job at keeping the area cleaned up with drop clothes as they were working. Very pleased with Cousin's service they provided.

They were very informative from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair service.
