“I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides”

I would like to give Jethro 20 stars. Nothing pleases me more than a professional who knows what they are doing and doing a great job. He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides.

Having used several AC companies over several years I found cousins to be extremely professional respectful and I would highly recommend them over all the others.

“It was obvious that he looked for every opportunity to do his best for me as a new client. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent AC service and knowledge.”

My experience with Kyle was extremely positive. Because of an AC problem, my home was 82 degrees at 10:00 at night. Kyle returned my call and calmly listened and coached me through my issues and tried to gain information first by phone to solve my problem. After he arrived at my home, Kyle was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable , and thorough. It was obvious that he looked for every opportunity to do his best for me as a new client. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent AC service and knowledge.

“I've never been happier”

Cousin's Air has been great. They installed the AC unit several years ago and have been maintaining it ever since. I've never been happier. The people are great from office staff to all the technicians who have serviced my AC. Thank you, Cousin's.

“Tom went above and beyond”

Tom, our service tech went above and beyond in not only servicing our HVAC but totally cleaning up the closet that contains the unit, something that I’ve been promising myself I’d do. Thanks Tom and Cousins
