AMAZING! We just had our air conditioner unit installed with Cousins and I can honestly say that the service we received was incredible. Jimmy was able to give us an honest quote and not "up-sell" us what we did not need, but rather what would be the most reliable and best unit for our home. Our installation was seamless and the technicians were so polite and professional. We had Jean, Lorenzo and Andrew and they did a wonderful job. from start to finish! Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! All in the aftermath of the hurricane that hit Florida just a week or so before.
