Cousin Air has a great team. Andrew and Daniel both were very professional. I had Andrew the first day. He did duct cleaning for my Air Condition and change a part that needed to be replaced. He made sure that everything was put in place before he left, Sometimes things happen and I needed a second visit to fix a minor issue with my AC. Daniel showed up on time. He fixed the issue and made sure everything was put back in place before he left. My AC is working. I hope it stays that way for a long time. I want to thank them both for a great job. “Choose Cousins Everytime!”

I highly recommend Cousins for any and all of your A/C needs. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. The sales manager Jason Ross got back to me right away to discuss my options. I moved forward with a replacement unit and he got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Casey and Jay were incredible. Very kind and professional. They went above and beyond. After the job was finished they told me they replaced the supply and return plenums even though it wasn’t part of the job and at no extra cost. Any other company would have just hooked up the old duct work. They really show pride in their workmanship and do what is best for the customer. Truly appreciated!! Thanks guys!
